Transient Psychosis Blues (Who Am I, Really?)

This is a video art piece I made in fall 2023 for an assignment. The theme of the assignment was "persona", so I made it about how the different media i like shape me as a person out in the real world. Another big part of the piece is that it sorta centers around this psychotic episode i experienced for about the first half of 2022. I tried to capture how I thought back then and how I would ruminate on the beliefs I had and what they say about me as a "person". I also tried to show where I am in the present, how I try to piece myself together again and keep living after the episode.
